This is an urgent notification from Clay Roane PSD. Our crew will be making an emergency repair due to a main break beginning at 12425 Clay Rd, in Newton, WV. If you reside in the affected area, you may experience discolored or cloudy water, low water pressure or no water. Repairs are expected to take approximately 4 hours to complete. When work is completed, you may experience temporary changes in your water. For discoloration, run cold water at the lowest level of your house. For cloudy water, run water at the highest level of your house. The condition should clear after 3 to 5 minutes of running water. You will also be advised to boil your water when it is restored.
