Our community's water meters are read each month unless an emergency arises. In the event of emergencies during meter reading, your water usage will be estimated based on your 12 month historical usage. Please contact our office for any additional information.

DELAYED PAYMENT PENALTY-On all accounts not paid in full when due, (10%) ten percent will be added to the current unpaid balance. This delayed payment penalty is not interest, and is to be collected only once for each bill where it is appropriate.
RECONNECTION -A $20.00 reconnection fee will be charged whenever the supply of water is turned off for violation of rules, non payment of bills, or fraudulent use of water.
TAP FEE- A tap fee of $350.00 will be charged to customers applying for service outside of a certificate proceeding before the Commission for each new tap to the system.
LEAK ADJUSTMENT- $3.13 per 1000 gallons is to be used when the bill reflects unusual consumption which can be attributed to eligible leakage on the customers side of the meter. This rate shall be applied to all such consumption above 200% of the customers historical average usage.
RETURNED CHECK CHARGE- A $25.00 service charge will be imposed upon any customer whose check for payment of charges is returned by their bank due to insufficient funds.
